At Kay’s Fine Art, customer satisfaction matters. If there is ever an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to make it right.

 

Returns & Replacements

Because many items are made-to-order or limited edition, most sales are considered final. However, we gladly assist customers if an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may provide:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Exchange

  • Refund when appropriate

Our goal is to ensure every customer feels confident purchasing from Kay’s Fine Art.

 

Fine Art Prints & Originals

Original artwork and limited-edition pieces are considered collectible fine art and are non-refundable once delivered.

Open-edition prints may qualify for replacement if damaged during shipping.

 

Shipping Policy

Orders are professionally packaged to protect artwork during transit.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or carrier delays

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address

  • International customers are responsible for customs or import fees required by their country

 

Color & Size Variations

Please understand that slight color differences may occur due to monitor or screen settings. Measurements are listed carefully in each product description to help ensure the correct selection before purchase.

 

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

Custom artwork and commissioned pieces are non-refundable once work has begun or artwork proofs have been approved.

 

Copyright & Artwork Ownership

All artwork, images, photography, digital designs, and creative content created under Kay’s Fine Art remain the intellectual property of artist Gary Taylor and are protected under United States copyright law.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

 

Personal Use License

When purchasing artwork from Kay’s Fine Art, customers are welcome to:

  • Display artwork in their home or office

  • Share photos of purchased artwork on social media with artist credit

  • Print purchased digital files for approved personal use only

 

Unauthorized Use Prohibited

Without written permission, customers may NOT:

  • Resell artwork or digital files

  • Upload artwork to print-on-demand websites

  • Use artwork for merchandise or advertising

  • Edit, recreate, trace, or alter artwork

  • Use artwork for AI training or NFT creation

  • Claim artwork as their own creation

 

Commercial Use & Licensing

Commercial usage rights are not included with standard purchases.

If you would like to use Kay’s Fine Art artwork for:

  • Branding

  • Album covers

  • Book covers

  • Advertising

  • Merchandise

  • Websites or business marketing

Please get in touch with Kay’s Fine Art to purchase a separate commercial license.

We welcome creative collaborations and professional partnerships.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, the item must first be returned to Kay’s Fine Art unless otherwise instructed by our support team.

Returned items must:

  • Be shipped back in original packaging when possible

  • Include all included materials

  • Show no additional damage caused after delivery

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • Kay’s Fine Art sent an incorrect order

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved resolution.

Kay’s Fine Art reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements if the returned item does not match the original claim.
