Return & Exchange Policy

Kay’s Fine Art — Copyright & Buyer Usage Policy

Artist & Copyright Owner: Gary Taylor, Creator of Kay’s Fine Art

All artwork, images, digital photographs, prints, designs, and creative content produced and sold under Kay’s Fine Art are the intellectual property of the artist, Gary Taylor, and are protected by United States copyright law. Purchase of any item does not transfer copyright ownership.

What You ARE Allowed To Do

When you purchase artwork from Kay’s Fine Art, you are granted a personal-use license only. This means you may:

• Display the artwork in your home, office, or personal space
• Share photos of the artwork on social media only if credit is given to Kay’s Fine Art (tag or mention the artist)
• Print a purchased digital file for your own personal use (home décor only)
• Give the physical print as a personal gift

What You Are NOT Allowed To Do

Buyers may not reproduce, alter, distribute, or profit from the artwork in any way. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling the artwork (physical or digital)
• Using the image for business, branding, or logo design
• Printing multiple copies for sale or distribution
• Uploading the artwork to print-on-demand sites (Redbubble, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
• Using the artwork on merchandise (shirts, mugs, album covers, flyers, websites, or advertisements)
• Editing, tracing, recreating, AI-training, or modifying the artwork
• Claiming the artwork as your own creation

Commercial Use

Commercial usage rights are not included with any standard purchase.

If you would like to use a Kay’s Fine Art image for:
• Book covers
• Album artwork
• Branding
• Marketing or advertising
• Merchandise

You must purchase a separate commercial license and receive written permission from the artist prior to use. Please contact Kay’s Fine Art directly to request licensing rates.

Digital Download Protection

All digital files remain the property of Kay’s Fine Art. Unauthorized reproduction, screenshotting, sharing files, or file distribution is considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Copyright Enforcement

Kay’s Fine Art actively monitors unauthorized use of its artwork online. Any violation of this policy may result in:
• DMCA takedown notices
• Removal from selling platforms
• Legal action and financial penalties under U.S. Copyright Law

READ PolicyThank you for supporting Kays Fine Art. Each artwork is created and prepared with great care. Because fine art prints are made to order, please review the policy below before purchasing.

All Sales Final (Original Artwork & Limited Editions)
All original artworks and limited-edition pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are considered collector pieces and cannot be resold once handled or displayed.

Fine Art Prints (Open Edition Prints)
We accept returns or exchanges on standard fine art prints within 7 days of delivery only if the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging and artwork
• A brief description of the issue

Once approved, a replacement print will be shipped at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds — only replacements — for damaged items.

Color & Size Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor and device screen settings. This is not considered a defect. Measurements are provided in each listing, and customers are responsible for confirming the correct size prior to purchase.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork
All custom orders and commissioned pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable once work has begun or proofs have been approved.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Kays Fine Art is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim. However, we will gladly assist you with documentation if needed.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be honored due to carrier claim restrictions.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping
If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during transit.

Kays Fine Art – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Kays Fine Art. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time
All artwork is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for printing, inspection, and packaging before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high order volume.

Shipping Time Estimates (After Processing)
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 10–21 business days (may vary by country and customs)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Packaging
Prints are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or heavy-duty tubes to prevent bending or damage. Larger prints and canvas pieces are professionally packaged.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require a reshipping fee.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT required by their country. Kays Fine Art does not control or collect these fees.

Delayed Shipments
Kays Fine Art is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost Packages
If tracking shows the package is still in transit after 15 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (International), please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork and email us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
